Installation precautions

1.Cleaning and inspection: Before assembly, ensure that the shaft, bearing seat, and bearing body are clean, free of rust and burrs.

2.Matching interference/clearance: Axial positioning and radial matching need to be based on equipment matching design, and the interference amount or fitting size should be reasonably controlled.

3.Pressing method: During pressing, only apply force to the side that needs to bear the load (usually using a sleeve to press the inner ring end face when pressing the inner ring), avoiding applying force through the bearing raceway.

4.Pre tightening/clearance adjustment: Single row tapered roller bearings usually require axial pre tightening adjustment to ensure the fit between the rollers and the raceway, preventing slipping or early wear during operation.

5.Lubrication: Choose appropriate grease or oil lubrication according to working conditions.
